Free Spirit Yoga retreat is a spiritual adventure of 7 days / 6 nights in the spectacular location of Playa Hermosa Costa Rica. Experience a week of adventure. You will be surrounded by the beauty of nature where you will find yourself, grow spiritually, and create lasting friendships.

Robbin Rubio

Robbin is a yoga teacher and a Sumit’s Yoga studio owner. She is also an eLIVate life coach, Reiki energy healer, and a textbook, free-spirited, Sagittarius. She began her journey into yoga when she met her teacher, Sumit Banerjee, at her first yoga class. She believes that a consistent yoga practice is a powerful path to transformation. Studying at the eLIVate Institute has brought a deep desire to help others move past their limitations and find their highest self. She practices meditation, visualization techniques, and energy healing to follow her own spiritual path. She is a dreamer with a contagious case of wanderlust.

Federico Soldi

Italian born, world traveler. He found his way to Costa Rica in real estate investments. Since living there, he found the inevitable spiritual experience which comes from living in such an extraordinary natural environment. He can usually be found on a wild deserted beach somewhere off the beaten path.
