Description
It will let you rediscover yourself between the ocean and the jungle, providing a combination of lodging, fresh organic meals as well as yoga and surfing. It will also let you enjoy a simple and mindful experience that is often lacking in our daily lives.
The program encourages you to soak up the sounds, smells, and visually appealing landscape while letting go and allowing your soul room to breath.
Your day will include 3 fresh organic (whenever possible) meals, as well as daily yoga and lots of surfing. There will also be lots of time to relax, blend in with nature, explore, or immerse yourself in the other activities Central America’s “adventure capital” has to offer.

Location:
Vida Asana is conveniently located 90 minutes from San Jose Airport (SJO), just outside of Jacó in beautiful Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica. Situated between the lush tropical beauty of the jungle and world-famous beaches of Playa Hermosa, our location provides easy access to a variety of activities, excursions, restaurants, and shopping, yet offers a peaceful jungle setting to repose.
How to get there:
You have different options for your transfer from the airport to Vida Asana :
A private transport with one of our fantastic driver $110 (+ $10 extra during night time)
A shared shuttle ~$45 with an independent company (Easy Ride)
Check in is at 4PM and check out is at 11AM.
Food:
Our food at Vida Asana was created with a healthy lifestyle as the inspiration. Every menu item is created using whole, and as often as possible, organic ingredients. Our food is gluten free, primarily plant-based and mainly vegan, with optional eggs and yogurt at breakfast, and fish or shrimp served at dinner every second night. All allergies or dietary needs are easily accommodated.
