SoulSpeak Yoga 200hr Yoga Teacher Training

  

Become a Certified Yoga Teacher with SoulSpeak Yoga.

Learn to teach inclusive vinyasa (flow) yoga in the Costa Rican jungle at the Vida Asana School of Yoga. This 3 week intensive training will include all 200hrs necessary to become a certified yoga instructor.

Teacher Training Includes

200 hour certification to become a yoga teacher
3 weeks in the Costa Rican jungle at the Vida Asana School of Yoga.
Rest in accommodations with free wifi, AC and private washrooms
Enjoy your studies in nature from 2 open-air jungle shalas
Nourish with 3 plant-based organic meals per day

Take a 5 minute bike ride to the world famous Playa Hermosa (beach) – bikes included

Teacher Training Handbook
4 Month Membership to SoulSpeak Yoga Studios or Online September 1 2024 – Dec 31 2024.
Monthly group mentorship post training with chosen mentor.

Training Schedule

Sept 1 – Dec 31 – Students will be required to read a required text, complete two individual assignments, and partake in 20 yoga classes facilitated by a certified yoga teacher on their own time. Memberships will be provided at no additional cost.

Jan 2nd – arrive at Vida Asana School of Yoga in Costa Rica, Opening ceremony.

Jan 3rd – First day of training.

Daily Schedule – 6:30am to 830pm including breaks & meals.

Days Off: Students will have 2 full days in the 3 weeks we are training. Excursion opportunities will be provided, not required.

Jan 22nd – Graduation – last day of training.

Jan 23rd – Fly home.

* 100% attendance is required to enrol in training.

The SoulSpeak Teacher Training Scholarship

We will award a limited amount of partial scholarships to those who are marginalized, underrepresented, face a financial barrier, and/or wish to reduce barriers to wellness for those in their communities and beyond. Scholarship will cover cost of tuition only.
