Held within the emerald embrace of Vida Asana, Costa Rica—where the jungle whispers secrets to the sky and the sea sings lullabies to the wind.
Beneath the canopy of stars, between the rhythmic pulse of waves and the hush of dawn’s first light, a rare invitation unfolds—one not merely of study, but of becoming. The Grateful Yoga School’s Yoga Alliance-accredited 200-hour and 300-hour Teacher Training is no ordinary path. It is a passage into the marrow of yoga, where philosophy, movement, and breath converge, illuminating the vast and tender terrain of the soul.

An Invitation to Transformation

This is not just another training. This is an immersion into self, into breath, into the ineffable beauty of presence. It is a space carved from devotion, where seekers and teachers alike are called to step beyond the threshold of the known and into the extraordinary.

The Path to Mastery: 200-Hour vs. 300-Hour Training

300-Hour YTT: This is the next level—the evolution from teacher to leader. For those who have already answered the call of teaching and now seek to refine, to expand, to lead. This is not just a program—it is an invitation to mastery. Graduates emerge not only as teachers but as potential architects of their own yoga schools, guides of their own teacher trainings, and stewards of something far greater than a single practice: a lifelong legacy of wisdom and awakening. This training demands more—it asks you to refine your voice, to stand in your power, and to step into your full potential as a visionary within the yoga community. If the 200-hour training is the heart of your journey, the 300-hour is the fire that carries you forward, illuminating the path not just for yourself, but for others who will follow in your footsteps.

*In order to earn a 500 RYT with Yoga Alliance, you must have completed both a 200 hour and a 300 hour accredited training. So whether this is your first training(200 hr) or continued education(300 hr), both certifications are necessary to obtain your 500 RYT credentials. (any previous accredited 200 hour certificate can be combined with this 300 hour program to achieve 500 RYT)

300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (Advanced Level – Deepening the Practice) Who is this for?

Certified yoga teachers (must have a 200-hour certification) seeking to advance their teaching.
Experienced practitioners looking to deepen their knowledge, refine skills, and specialize.

A Sanctuary of Learning, A Haven of Becoming

This training is not bound by walls; it unfolds beneath the open sky, where the jungle hums and the ocean breathes. Here, at Vida Asana, you are invited to step away from the clamor of the world and into the rhythm of nature itself. In this sacred space, meals are shared as communion, movement is poetry, and every inhale is a hymn to the infinite.

A Legacy of Excellence

Graduates of The Grateful Yoga School do not simply receive a certification—they become a part of something eternal. They go forth to open studios, lead retreats, and touch lives in ways seen and unseen. This training is more than an experience; it is the dawn of a lifetime’s devotion.

A Curriculum Forged in Wisdom & Experience

This program is not assembled; it is crafted—woven from the lineage of great teachers, the latest discoveries in movement science, and the wisdom of the heart. Here, you will not only learn—you will become.
· The Art of Flow and Dynamic Sequencing: Move as water moves—seamless, boundless, intuitive.
· Teaching Mastery: The voice is an instrument; learn to wield it with grace, with certainty, with reverence.
· Self-Inquiry & Stillness: To teach others, one must first sit with oneself. Find yourself in the quiet spaces between breath.
· Functional Anatomy & Fascia Integration: This is not about memorization; it is about embodiment.
· The Philosophy of Yoga: Words left behind by sages, now stepping stones for your path—Patanjali’s Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Hatha Pradipika, Tantra, Samkhya.
· Pranayama & Breathwork: The breath is the first story ever told; learn to listen, to guide, to heal.
· The Art of Voice & Rhythm: To guide another is to orchestrate the unseen. Master the cadence of a class, the silence between words, the resonance of presence.
· Music, Movement & Mantra: There is a current beneath sound and motion—learn to flow within it, and your classes will sing.
· Personalized Mentorship & Guidance: Every student is seen. Every journey is honored.

-The 300 hour training will have an additional 30-50 hours online via Zoom-

Why This Training? Why Now?

Because the world does not need more instructors; it needs leaders, storytellers, healers, visionaries. This is not a path of repetition but of revelation. It is a doorway, and it is open.
· Envision yourself moving with the rhythm of the jungle, your breath an echo of the waves.
· Picture yourself stepping forward with the confidence of lineage, the wisdom of tradition, and the heart of a guide.
· Feel what it means to be fully present, fully seen, and fully alive.
This is not education. This is transformation.
Are you ready to step into your fullest, most radiant self?
With gratitude, with grace, and with an open heart—come hop on the bus …
