Join us next year for another wonderful retreat in at the exotic Vida Asana Eco-Retreat & Yoga Center in Costa Rica. In addition to daily pilates and MELT classes there will be day excursions, and ample time to spend by the ocean!

Classes (Pilates, MELT and even some Yoga)
During this 7 day retreat you will practice the MELT Method, including its Neurostrength Techniques designed to activate the core and strengthen and stabilize the shoulder and pelvic girdles. We will then use the increased flexibility and strength to delve deep into the Pilates Mat work. We are hoping to lure special guests to do some complementary instruction, but that will be a secret surprise. On top of this, optional daily Yoga classes, by a wonderful local instructor, will happen at the retreat for those who can’t get enough of a workout.

Vida Asana Eco-Retreat & Yoga Center
For those of you who weren’t able to make it this year, we missed you and you will love this place. Vida Asana Eco-Retreat & Yoga Center located on the pacific coast in Costa Rica. It is a beautiful retreat center and eco-resort providing lodging and delicious, fresh organic meals. On site are spa treatments as well as yoga classes.

Carol LeMaitre
Pilates and Melt classes will be taught by Carol Le Maitre, founder and owner of Sanchez Street Studios. Classes open to all levels. Space is limited to allow for deeper work and a greater sense of connection with the place and fellow participants.

Price
We worked hard to lower the price this year so that we can make the trip accessible to more people.

For all retreat goers, there is a $300 non-refundable deposit.
Double and Triple Occupancy rooms available at: $1600 until August 31st, 2017 ($1800 after September 1st, 2017)
There is a limited number of Single Occupancy rooms available at: $1900 until August 31st, 2017 ($2100 after September 1st, 2017)

Payment
For Double and Triple Occupancy: after payment of your $300 deposit, the remainder can be due in two installments – $650 due by July 1st, 2017 and $650 due by August 31st, 2017. After September 1st, an additional $200 will be due.

For Single Occupancy: after payment of your $300 deposit, the remainder can be due in two installments – $800 due by July 1st, 2017 and $800 due by August 31st, 2017. After September 1st, an additional $200 will be due.

Cancellation Policy:
The $300 deposit is non-refundable. After September 1st, 2017 and before January 1st, 2018, you can receive a 75% refund on your non-deposit payments. After January 1st, 2018 and before March 1st, 2018, you can receive a 30% refund on your non-deposit payments. There are no refunds on any payments after March 1st, 2018.
