Spring Awakening

Reconnect with nature after a long winter, and renew the body, mind and spirit in the lush tropics of Costa Rica. Located between the jungle and the world-famous beaches of Playa Hermosa, the Vida Asana School of Yoga and Eco-Retreat Center provides easy access to activities, excursions, restaurants and shopping, yet offers a peaceful jungle setting to relax and restore. In addition to daily yoga and meditation, you will be able to soak in the sun at the pool or bike 5 minutes to the beach. A 60 minute deep-tissue massage is included and there will be many opportunities for group or solo excursions, including hiking tours, stand-up paddleboarding, ziplining and horseback riding.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The Vida Asana School of Yoga & Eco-Retreat Center is 90 minutes from the San Jose (SJO) airport. The rustic rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, private bathrooms and hot water. Most rooms have a mini-fridge, and the common area has a community fridge. There is a pool, sun deck with lounge chairs and hammocks. The beach is a 5-minute bike ride away (bikes are free to use).

COST, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
• Shared occupancy: $1,850
• Single occupancy: $2,250

A $500 deposit saves your spot. Once registered, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• 50% of the balance (minus the $500 deposit) is due on November 15th, 2023.
• The remaining balance is due on or before February 15th, 2024.
• Cancel on or prior to November 14th, 2023 for a full refund (minus the $500 deposit)
• Cancel on or prior to February 15th, 2024 for a 50% refund (minus the $500 deposit)
• There is no refund for cancellations on or after February 16th, 2024

• Airport transfers if not using the group shuttle (Can be arranged for $120 each way)

• Alcohol (there is no alcohol provided at the retreat center, but you are welcome to bring your own or have it delivered to the retreat center for a fee)
