Tanya Crossman

Tanya Crossman, began practicing to address chronic back pain, but since has recognized the full spectrum that yoga has to offer to the body, mind and soul. She and Jaime met through yoga and have had many of the same teachers over the years, and share many of the same students. Tanya brings an influence of rehabilitation awareness to the teaching team as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Massage Therapist. Tanya thrives when she has the opportunity to work with someone who is open to discovering their own body and the dysfunctional movement patterns that create their pain and discomfort. It is so rare that people are provided with the knowledge and tools to manage their own healing course, the biggest tool being awareness. Tanya knows firsthand that yoga and therapeutic body work can help people move in the direction of elevated self-awareness, and she feels blessed to be able to help others on that journey.
